Express the Unexpressed

Have you ever felt alone? Have you ever felt that you really need to talk to someone? Have you felt better after talking to someone... Most of us would agree to all the above questions while some of us would like to wander  in our own thoughts and feel better that way..

But do we all have someone or that one person we can discuss anything and everything under the sun with? Some of us are extremely lucky to vent out our feelings with others, while some others turn towards books or writing, dance or music, to find their answers. Yet we all have our ways to deal with our feelings and emotions.
But do we really need to express the way we feel, is the biggest question...

As we learn, our thoughts and feelings when unexpressed gets suppressed, which might further take a form of its own to express its self out. It could be through dreams or nightmares. Hence it becomes important to clear out these emotions which might be troubling us.
The 'phone a friend' option on the famous show 'Kaun Banega Corepathi' seems so apt in this context. Using this as an analogy, when you are stuck in a situation and have run out of all possible options for seeking help, you turn out to a friend. This friend and you, together, balance out the issue and turn to a common solution. Let us consider the other option, called the 'Expert Advice', why do we all need advice from experts? Aren't we all well equipped to handle the situation? I guess we are not as equipped as we think we are. Hence we turn out to Experts in our lives, who help us deal with situations effectively.

We live in a society with constant human interaction. We just need to find that one way of  taking the perspective of another and consider these perspectives while making decisions.
Therefore each individual needs to find whatever works for him/her the best and find a source to express the unexpressed... and I am glad that I have found mine!
